Tillman Development, LLC specializes in Off-Market real estate transactions.  From time to time clients may want to buy or sell a property, but do not want it advertised.  Sometimes it may be a family’s concern of keeping their financial situation and decisions within their family, or a business may feel it would be detrimental to advertise that they are potentially interested in relocating or investing in a certain area.  In these situations, discretion is critical, whether simply for privacy concerns or whether a lack of confidentiality may affect the bottom line.

Mandell is known for having a strong network of commercial contacts and his skill of discerning the best way to effect a transaction.  Whether that calls for thorough advertising across his network or putting buyers and sellers together quietly to effect a transaction, the goal is always to get the transaction done to the satisfaction of his client’s particular need(s).
